Professional Development

To support afterschool providers in enhancing program quality, OPEL and our partners offer customized professional development opportunities designed to help staff members build the skills necessary to improve their programs and support youth effectively. Training sessions are designed to meet programs where they are—whether you’re building staff skills, aligning with program best practices, or deepening youth engagement.
